Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed civil design and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Support engineers in developing grading, drainage, utility, and site layout plans

• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to produce accurate, fully integrated design packages

• Manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain CAD standards, drawing templates, and contribute to process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of CAD design experience, preferably in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Proven experience in civil/site design or land development projects

• Strong technical acumen and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
