What Youll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and facilitate nursing courses and labs, ensuring alignment with program standards.

  • Collaborate with fellow faculty to design exams, evaluate performance, and maintain student records.

  • Plan, supervise, and evaluate student clinical experiences in assigned healthcare facilities.

  • Maintain compliance with clinical site requirements and safety regulations.

  • Utilize innovative teaching techniques, including online learning tools and active learning strategies.

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on academic and clinical performance.

  • Support new faculty onboarding and participate in strategic planning for program improvement.

  • Attend faculty meetings and contribute to committee activities that support program goals.

  • Advise and mentor students through scheduled office hours and digital communication.

What Youll Need: Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution.

  • Active and unrestricted RN license issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing.

  • Minimum of 4 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.

  • At least 1 year of recent clinical experience (within the past 5 years).

  • Clinical expertise in one or more of the following specialties:

    • Obstetrics (OB)

    • Pediatrics

    • Psychiatric Nursing

  • No prior teaching experience requiredour Faculty Development Program prepares you to succeed.
