Associate Vice President, Strategic Pharmacy Partnerships

We're seeking a visionary pharmacy leader to join our client's executive team as Associate Vice President of Strategic Pharmacy Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you'll drive value creation through strategic partnerships, innovative initiatives, and key relationship management within the pharmacy GPO space, with a particular focus on specialty pharmacy services and technology partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic pharmacy initiatives and partnerships at the executive level
• Drive optimization of specialty GPO pharmacy programs
• Develop and execute strategic consulting engagements with C-suite stakeholders
• Analyze complex financial data to identify pharmaceutical savings opportunities
• Guide cross-functional teams in implementing strategic initiatives
• Mentor and develop pharmacy team members
• Manage multiple high-impact projects within scope, time, and budget

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD or RPh degree (Residency/Fellowship preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive acute care pharmacy leadership experience
• 8+ years in pharmacy supply chain management, consulting, or GPO operations
• Active pharmacy license in good standing
• Strong background in non-acute and specialty pharmacy operations
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills
