• Manage department staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maternal care services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain department accreditation standards

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent L&D leadership experience (within the past year)
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
• Strong clinical background in Labor & Delivery
• Excellence in team leadership and communication
• Current BLS and NRP certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Advanced certification in Maternal-Newborn Nursing or related field
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives
