What Youll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance to project managers and clients to ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.

  • Analyze and resolve complex field and structural design issues.

  • Perform advanced engineering computations and design work across industrial, energy, and marine infrastructure.

  • Develop detailed engineering plans, drawings, and comprehensive technical reports.

  • Utilize advanced design tools such as STAAD, RISA, Revit, AutoCAD, and Mathcad to produce high-quality engineering documents.

  • Make thoughtful design recommendations and adaptations based on real-world conditions and client needs.

  • Lead and coordinate detailed phases of projects, both in the office and field.

  • Monitor budgets, project timelines, and scope changes to keep deliverables on track.

  • Collaborate in proposal development and project estimating.

  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers, drafters, and support staff.

  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all projects.

What Youll Bring: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural or project engineering roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and designing infrastructure for industrial, marine, energy, or transportation sectors.

  • Strong working knowledge of design codes such as API, IBC, AISC, AWS, PCI, AASHTO.

  • Proficiency in engineering software tools: STAAD, RISA, Revit, AutoCAD, and Mathcad.

  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
